Summer Heat!!!

Boy it's been hot!!!

I've been trying to stay cool by spending some time outside in our patio. Here I am sitting up in my stroller while my mom and dad do some cleaning for their draft party!

It's a 10-lb. baby!!!!

On Friday Atiana had a doctor's appointment to get her next set of shots. She weighed 10 lbs exactly!!! She has tripled her birth weight! She did get a fever the nevt day, but after some Tylenol she was back to herself.

Her doctor tested some of her motor skills and she is advancing perfectly! She thinks she is only about a week from turning over, so we will need to keep our eyes on her!

On Saturday we went to our first birthday party - for our cousins, twins Natalie &Emily, they turned one! Atiana loved being outside at the pool party and enjoyed meeting a lot of her cousins!

Sunday Atiana stayed with Nana Pat & Grandpa Tony while mom & dad went to visit the Huacujas' new baby, Sydney. She is in the NICU so please say a prayer for her and keep them in your thoughts. Sydney is a fighter just like Atiana!!!

Little Love Bug!

In the last week I have been smiling a lot! I love for people to talk to me and I try to talk back, but only rarely does any sound come out - sorry, I am trying to get better at that!

I am starting to recognize voices, really just my mom's voice though since it's so loud and the only thing I hear all day long.

I am discovering my hands and like to put them in my mouth alot.

A couple of weeks ago I got to meet my new cousin Jayson, he is just as big as I am and I am 3 months older than him! Here is our first picture together, I can't wait until we are old enough to run around and get into trouble ;)
