Ready....set.....SWING!

Thanks to cousins Georgette, Brigette, Zack and Tia Mary (and even cousin James for helping load it up!) for giving us our first swing set!

Atiana just LOOOOVES being pushed in her swing and even going down the slide. It's going to be so much fun watching her play on her swing set all summer.

Our back yard is really coming along, the grass is coming up, our trees are growing nicely, and hopefully the sunflowers we planted will bloom soon too! Come by and visit us soon!

Atiana's First Steps

Curly mop top

Everytime someone sees Ati lately they comment on how curly her hair is getting. You can really see her curls in this picture.

She was acting silly on Sunday after Nana Jenny & Aunt Sandi came to visit us and have brunch.

Brush-a, brush-a, brush-a

We have added brushing teeth to Atiana's already busy schedule.

Each morning after she wakes up and every night before bed and after her book, we brush her teeth since she now has 6 altogether, we have to make sure to take care of them!

She is getting the hang of it, but sometimes she'd rather play around with the toothpaste bottle.

If she lets us, sometimes we even try to brush her crazy little curly top mop! If she doesn't let us, we just put a cute little clip in and call it a day!

Save water...drink beer???

Atiana must've seen that kid drinking at the baseball game a few weeks ago on the news and wanted to get some of her own attention!

She got a hold of her dad's beer after the Laker game, thought it was her bottle, and kept trying to drink from it....good thing it was empty!








After that Game 5 can you blame her for needing a nice, cold beer to ease the pain of that loss???

No place like home....

One year ago today, on her dad's birthday, Atiana was released from the hospital. It's pretty crazy how far things have come along since - we have a healthy girl, we are in our new home, and Atiana is walking!!! She is only taking a few steps at a time and could use a quick lesson in balance, but our girl is doing it...FINALLY!!!

We will try and get some video of her walking and post up as soon as we can!!!

Fiesta Ati!

Hope everyone enjoyed their 3-day Memorial Weekend. On Monday we went out to Fiesta Hermosa in Hermosa Beach to enjoy the beautiful L.A. weather and walk around the festival.

Atiana sure loves to be outside where she can take in the scenery and people watch.
