We are going to spend our night giving out candy and trick-or-treating in our new neighborhood.

Every morning when we leave the house for day care Ati tries to grab every toy, doll, stuffed animal she can get her hands on to take with her in the car. I yelled, "let's go" and this is everything she tried to take with her!

Visit to the pumpkin patch

Last year, when Atiana was just 6 months old we tried to visit the pumpkin patch and get some great pics, but the kid that NEVER napped, was taking a serious nap when we arrived at the pumpkin patch, so we never did get any pics of her last Halloween. But this year with Ati walking and all we were determined to get some great shots!

On Saturday we went to visit the pumpkin patch. Cousin Cruz was supposed to join us but it had been raining all night and morning and he was just getting over a cold, so he couldn't come :(

It was a pretty cool place with pony rides, petting zoo, and a bounce house.

The weather was a little weird so Atiana didn't do any of the activities, but she had a great time checking out the pumpkins and visiting with the animals...from the other side of the fence.

Afterwards we went to visit Nana Jenny & Aunt Sandi since we were "in the neighborhood."

Nickelodeon Storytime Concert

Atiana had a blast dancing around and watching the characters from Nickelodeon's Storytime Live Concert.

The top cartoon characters performed at the show - Kai-lan, Wonderpets, Dora, and the Backyardigans live at the Nokia Theatre on Sunday.


And of course, in true Atiana fashion, she danced around with all the other kids in the walkway and had a lot of fun!

Tailgating with Mama & Dada

Ati went to the USC vs. Cal game on Saturday and watched the Trojans pounce on the Bears 35-0 in the first half alone! We left at halftime because the game fell right in the middle of naptime, but she had a blast going to campus to tailgate and then to meet up with cousin Nick at the Sports Arena.




She had lots of tasty snacks, had a great time people watching, and met some new friends!



She can't wait to go again!

Ati's new wheels

Grandma Debbie bought Ati this set of wheels to ride. She is a little to short to reach the pedals on it but just give her some time!

Wait...L.A. really does have weather?!?

We wish the weather would just make up its mind - hot or cold? Cold or hot?

This past week the weather has been really nice, but the other day when it was raining we needed to bundle Ati up to go out. Here are some pics of her in her knit hat (which didnt last long, she kept pulling it off!) and her warm boots (which she LOOOOVES to wear!).

Atiana the Artist

Lately Atiana has been starting to participate in the arts & crafts that the older kids do at day care each day. It shouldnt come as a surprise that she is very creative - I mean both her parents are artistic in their own right.

It's just a matter of time before she busts through the door of her mom's craft room and starts helping her make cards and scrapbook her own baby pictures!

Every day that she brings home a new creation, Atiana is just SO PROUD of her work! She likes to show it to everyone who will take a look and say "Ohhhh, how pretty!" She really appreciates everyone's words about her work.
