Save the Date: 2011 March for Babies Walk

This year's March of Dimes March for Babies walk is on April 30th at 8am at the L.A. Coliseum. Again, we will be walking to honor our very own preemie and all the other babies out there who are born too soon.

We will also be raising money to help, so be sure to make a donation - every little bit helps! Last year we raised over $600!!! This year's goal is $750!

USC Hulk Hands

It used to be that these USC hulk hands would only come out for football season, but Ati found them and immediately put them on! Normally it WOULD still be football season, but with the bowl ban, it was a little weird that it was January and USC wasn't playing in a bowl game!




Mom showed her how to put her sippy cup in them and drink. Atiana LOVED it! Guess next season we know who will be getting a lot of use out of these hands!

Christmas Eve pics

Here are pictures from Christmas Eve at Grandma Debbie's. Isn't my hat the cutest??? My Auntie Elaine got it for me so I just had to wear it with my Christmas dress that my Cousin Michele got me! I was soooo busy playing with this slinky I got I didn't even realize I had it on because if I did I would've pulled it off right away! I don't like wearing hats too much lately.





I got this very cute shopping cart filled with food from my Nina Jill and I just had a blast pushing it around, taking everything out and putting it back in, and making some sandwiches for everyone. I even got a baby doll that I put in the front just like my mom does with me at Target!



















I did a quick costume change into my Christmas jammies and then I was ready to tackle all my gifts! I got a cool bike from my Grandma Debbie that I just love. In fact, whenever I see it I hop on and want to go everywhere on it, but I cant reach the pedals quite yet. Now that it has stopped raining I plan to get it out on the open road! Happy 2011!

Happy new year everyone!

We are excited to see what 2011 has in store for all of us and are looking forward to a great year of building more memories! Atiana has a new year's resolution - to start reading! Here she is reading her own story at bedtime on New Year's Eve. She went to be at 8 p.m. exactly, her usual bedtime. Maybe next year she will stay up late to ring in the new year, but for now, she is sticking to her schedule! (Just the way mom & dad like it!)

We have a bunch of new pics from Christmas and the past few weeks that we will make sure and get up here very soon, including a video of Ati opening her gifts from Santa on Christmas morning.

Holiday lights, better late than never

We were a little late on putting up lights on the outside of our house, but we got this really cute Santa for the lawn from our family friend Ann and that motivated us to get out there in the cold and put up our lights.

Ati loved to open the shutters in the front window, point, and shout "Santa!" every night while he was up on our lawn. She is going to go through major Santa withdrawals now that he has been put away until next Christmas.
