Saturday Xavier was finally baptized. His Nino & Nina are Auntie Fish and Uncle Oscar. It was such a great personal ceremony and nice lunch with family afterwards. He had his own personal ceremony at mom's old high school chapel by the school priest, Father Henry.
He looked so handsome and grown up. It was truly a day to feel blessed!

Backyard diggin'
The kids took all the sand out of their turtle, so they had to clean it all up. "Working together, helping each other, working together - TEAMWORK, TEAMWORK!"
Long Beach Aquarium
While on our vacation last week we went to the Aquarium with our good friends, the Huacuja family. The kids had a blast running around together and checking everything out. Xavier was a little on the outs since everyone is older then him, but he did a good job keeping up.
Fortunately, or unfortunately for him, he was the only one I could get to stand still long enough to get pictures of that day. The highlight of his day were the penguins and hugging the different penguin statues, as seen in these cute pics.

Ati's first time on the diving board
With the first full week of swimming lessons under her belt, Ati's class was taken to the diving board on Friday. We were so nervous! She jumped like a champ! So proud of her, she's very brave. Here's to week #2!
Meanwhile, Xavier was just watching:

4 year checkup
Ati was a champ at her 4 year checkup. She got shots and though she cried a little she still did great!
Her doctor said she is one of the few lucky premature babies who has truly flourished and you can't tell she even spent time in the NICU. She's incredible!
