It's never too late for ice cream cake! Because Gaga didnt get to pick Ati up on Monday like usual, because she was out having a blast at the Santa Monica Pier, Ati got her ice cream cake from GaGa on Wednesday.

On Monday we took pizzas and cupcakes to Ati's class for her birthday. She was happy to have us there in the classroom and the class was distracted by Xavier walking around the room.

It was a great chance for us to visit and see her in her element.

Happy 4th Birthday Atiana!

Four years has passed and it's hard to believe. For four years we have been parents, four years we have had this amazing girl in our lives, and four years we have been updating this blog and sharing pictures, stories and memories with friends and family.

It is truly a happy day because had you asked me if I ever thought I could get out of the dark cloud I was in when we had Ati and she spent the longest six weeks in the NICU at Cedars-Sinai, really, I would not have thought we'd be here. Home. Happy. Healthy. And with a SECOND BABY??!? No way! But we are. And life is not just good, it's GREAT!

Happy birthday to our beautiful, smart, funny girl. She makes the sun shine brighter each day. We love her up to the moon...AND BACK!!!

Our new car!

We got a new SUV this past weekend. We thought the kids would be sad, after all that was the only car they knew - the car they both came home from the hospital in, but nope, they love the new one!!!

Ati likes that it has "a front row, middle row, and a back row for more people to sit!"
